Alpine Toyota joined the Trotman Automotive Group in 2008, but our dealership has been a fixture in the East and West Kootenay community for over 30 years. Since becoming a member of the Trotman family, Alpine Toyota has strengthened our commitment to a better customer service experience.
Alpine Toyota has been recognized for a number of awards and accolades, including the Business Excellence Award presented by the Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce. For the past three years, Service Advisor Stacey Blaine has been recognized with the Toyota Canada Pinnacle Award as the number one in Customer Satisfaction. Our simple, consultative approach and willingness to help customers even long after the sale are the core of our award-winning team.
But we’re not simply here to drive sales. We believe that the community that has supported us deserves support in return. Since relocating with his family in 2008, Dealer Principal Bruce Smith has ingrained himself in Kootenay life and pledged to make life in the community better.
Bruce’s involvement in the Cranbrook area community earned him the prestigious Community Driver Award. This honor from the New Car Dealers’ Association of BC seeks to recognize automotive dealerships in British Columbia that embody a spirit of service. Through supportive efforts, we’re proud to make a tangible contribution to improving quality of life in the Cranbrook and Kootenay regions.
The local organizations we support include:
- Minor Hockey
- Cranbrook Pro Rodeo
- Mount Baker Senior Basketball Team
- Cops for Kids
- Cranbrook Food Bank
We take pride in what we’ve built, but we know there’s always room for improvement. If you have any questions or feel there’s something we could do better, please tell us.
